This page is still in progress so not very exciting yet, sorry…

meungtang – spicy fish hotpot often eaten after a plate of raw fish in sashimi restaurants.

ojingo bokkum – squid stir-fried with vegetables in spicy red chili sauce, (also made with octopus – nachi bokkum)

ondol – Underfloor heating

yang nyom – This is a spicy sauce that is often used in Korean cooking. It’s made with red chili powder, kochujang (red chili paste), minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a tad of sugar
