Tonight’s dinner: boiled octopus

For dinner I made boiled octopus in a soup with two dips: sesame oil with salt, and chili sauce with vinegar. Whenever I’ve had octopus dishes in restaurants, they tend to cook it whole first and then cut it up with scissors after. So that’s what I did!
